The personnel was very supportive and amicable.

The bed was super comfy. Room may lack space for longer stays.

My room included a work desk, pay television and ironing facilities. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of different options. The very supportive and amicable staff provided all the necessary info. The location was marvellous, a super close walk to Church of st Leonard.

A bit cramped if you're planning to stay longer than a night!!! The shared front garden area could benefit from more privacy for those wishing to relax without feeling exposed to passersby!!!

Honestly, I was, that's rare man! The room was clean and all furnishings were modern and high quality, Annie and Tim really nailed it on that front.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the experience makes it worth it.

The location offered amazing views, complemented by beautiful decor and complimentary drinks and biscuits. The cute gesture of a glass of wine by the riverside was a good surprise. While there was no breakfast, the care taken by the owners was good.

The hosts' warm welcome and thoughtful touches, like wine and snacks on arrival, made our stay good. Enjoying the beautiful riverside setting while relaxing in the lovely garden was a highlight of our trip.

I just loved lounging in the sun on the terrace by the river-it's the perfect reading spot! The room was super clean, with a luxurious waterfall shower. And let's not forget the warm hospitality from Annie and Tim.
